1. Terms and Conditions
This website wellonmall.com.hk is owned and operated by Wellon Better Living Group Ltd. (later call "WellonMall", "the Company", "we", "us" or "our") for customers can use their online shopping services. By visiting this website or making an online purchase, you accept these terms and conditions, please read them carefully. This website will update and revise these terms and conditions from time to time. The revised terms are effective since the date of publishing.
2. Registration
You are offered to register with us once using the Services or placing an order. By registering, you make sure (and we have the right to rely on such declaration) that you are 18 years of age or older, and are legitimate to bind contracts.
When registering, you must:
1. Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information;
2. Ensure that your username and password are kept safe;
3. Authorize us to assume that only you or someone authorized by you will use your username and password to access the Website.
3. Order
When you place an order, the price of the product is based on the date of order.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, not to accept or cancel an order for any reason.
This includes, but is not limited
1. Even if the item was still in stock by the moment of order confirmation and/or the order has been confirmed, some or all of the products can run out of stock at the time of checkout, resulting in became no possible to deliver.
2. Unable to arrange delivery for your area.
3. The price of one or more products ordered by you is incorrect due to human or computer error or incorrect pricing information provided by the supplier. When part of the order is out of stock, the remaining ordered products will still be sent out as usual, and the out-of-stock products will be refunded to the user within 14 working days.
4. Once the order is confirmed, it is not possible to change the order contents, including the size, color, quantity, product, shipping address, payment method, and amount paid, and the order cannot be cancelled.
4. Payment
This website accepts major online payment methods (e.g. VISA, MASTERCARD, Alipay (Hong Kong), WeChat Pay, PayMe, Octopus Wallet and FPS dynamic QR).
When you complete input of order information and confirm the payment, this website will automatically reprint it to the payment platform, and the Company will not record your personal information in the payment platform. The order is not placed, until it is successfully accepted. When using the user account balance for transactions (if the relevant transactions are permitted), this website will not be responsible for any additional fees, exchange rate fluctuations and surcharges of the electronic trading system. If we need to cancel the order for any reason after your payment has already been effected, we will refund the order amount to the original payment method. The Company reserves the right to change the payment method for online purchases at any time without prior notice.
5. Delivery and freight
For in-stock products, the goods will be delivered directly to the address provided by the user by post after the user completes the payment process. The goods may not be delivered to the customer as scheduled if:
1. The user fails to receive the product due to personal reasons or collects the product within the specified time;
2. Affected by statutory holidays, natural disasters, transportation or weather;
3. Significantly exceed the estimated number of orders;
4. Accidents at the delivery company;
5. Labor disputes;
6. Due to the remote delivery area;
7. Other force majeure factors, the shipping cost is set according to the volume, weight and delivery location of the product. The shipping cost will be displayed at the time of order confirmation, and the user must confirm the shipping cost when confirming the order. We will only ship to Hong Kong and do not accept P.O. Boxes as delivery addresses. We will not be liable if the product cannot be delivered due to the user's negligence or error, such as the incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or due to the delivery regulations in a special area or location. In addition, if we need to ship the product to the correct address corrected by the user, the user shall bear the additional full or partial re-shipping fee. The delivery of the product is considered as complete when the goods arrived to the delivery address. If the goods cannot be delivered due to force majeure or the local regulations of the delivery, we will not be liable for the failure to deliver the goods.
6. Refunds and returns
If you find that the product has any of the following conditions by receiving, you can apply for to return or replace the product. However, all returns or replacements should be done within 7 days from the reception date:
1. The product is damaged / the packaging is incomplete.
2. Expiration date of less than 2 months (except for special sale items with expiry date).
3. Missing or misdelivered products. You are required to provide proof of the return and replacement of the product for verification, including:
3.1. Present valid documents/proof to prove that the defective product was purchased at Wellon Mall;
3.2. Take a video of the problemed product and send it to us via email / instant messaging app as a proof.
4. Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
4.1. Product has been delivered to the user more than seven days ago;
4.2. Product has been opened or used;
4.3. Product has been destroyed or uncompleted, for instance, box, bag, signage, accessory, warranty, identification or parts are missing;
4.4. Products that have been damaged or contaminated as a result of the user’s carelessness;
4.5. Giveaways and discounted Items.
5. The refund will only be credited to the same account been used to pay for the goods. Due to the refunding procedures are limited by their settlement date and payment date, the actual refund procedure will be determined by the operations of the relevant processing agency.
7. Force majeure
If due to any "force majeure" cause (including a fire, death or injury, accident, natural or industrial disaster, Government of the Hong Kong S.A.R or any of its authorities issued law, order, declaration, regulation, demand or requirement, strike, labour dispute, shortage of labour or skilled workers, shortage or lack of supply of products or raw materials, transportation delay, or any other reasons beyond the store reasonable control (no matter, ones listed above, or similar), that results the store be unable to perform its obligations under this website, then the store won’t be liable for such obstructions.
