Hong Kong local delivery and free delivery service
After submitting your order, we will contact you via phone or WhatsApp within 3 business days to confirm your order and shipment details. If you do not receive any notification, please call WellonMall Online Customer Service at (852) 2436 1818 for inquiry.
1. There is no minimum order amount for online orders. However, free delivery service can be provided for orders over HK$299 (Hong Kong only, except remote areas), for smaller orders the system will automatically calculate the shipping fee of HK$80 while ordering.
2. Generally, residences, buildings, village houses or tenement buildings with no lifts will be charged with additional delivery fee HK$20 for each floor, which will be charged at the rate of 2 small packets / 1 large parcel each. Yet, the actual charge will be based on the weight of the goods, and the relevant fee will be advised when the order is confirmed.
Free delivery to remote areas:
Discovery Bay orders of $799 or above
Park Island/Ma Wan orders of $499 or above
Tung Chung orders of $499 or above
Shek O/Stanley orders of $499 or above.
3. If found no free drop-off area at the destination, the goods will be delivered downstairs.
4. Each order with a full payment is eligible for one complimentary delivery service. If no one is available to receive the delivery on the scheduled date, the customer may be required to pay a redelivery fee starting from $80 (based on the delivery address).
5. Free delivery is not applicable for overseas and outlying islands. Delivery charges will be quoted separately based on the weight of the items and the destination.
6. Our shipping service is not available for outlying islands or for locations in areas that cannot be directly reached by our vehicles. For overseas and outlying island customers, we can arrange delivery through a third-party shipping company. However, shipping fees will be quoted separately. Please contact our customer service team first.
7. The shipping date may be affected by traffic or bad weather, as typhoon etc. Scheduled delivery will be terminated the day Observatory announces typhoon or abnormal weather forecast. We will arrange delivery for you as soon as possible on the next working day. If due to some circumstances the delivery can’t be arranged in day due, the new delivery time will be specially advised with WhatsApp or telephone call.
Macau & Overseas Orders
All prices are calculated in Hong Kong dollars. Free delivery service is not applicable to overseas buyers outside Hong Kong. May apply courier or international shipment. The freight will be calculated according to the destination and the weight of the cargo. The online system can only automatically calculate the delivery fee within Hong Kong (Note: Overseas shipping charges do not include sales tax, import taxes of other countries and any other taxes).

After we confirm your order and payment, we will call to inform you of the exact pick-up time. Please pick up the goods within 3 days after receiving the notice.

Self-pick-up method at SF Station/SF Self service box
If you choose to pick up your order at a SF Express Station/Service Center, your items will typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Upon arrival at the pickup location, SF Express will send you a “Pickup Notification” message. The exact time will be indicated in the SMS. There are several payment methods for your choice
The amount on the order is calculated in Hong Kong dollars and all orders must be paid in full before shipment. Please keep your deposit receipt after payment, or send the deposit receipt to WhatsApp (852) 6880 0118 with the order number enclosed.
